"I was a customer with Erie Insurance through Logan Branch for almost 20 years. My being a long term customer wasn't a factor they told me the rates in the computer are what they are. I added my 16 year old to my policy and separated from my husband so I was pulling him off and with these changes they wanted to raise my rates $1200 a year for these two changes. I have a 2024 Honda Pilot and 2015 Ford Fiesta and my insurance was going to be raised to almost $5000 a year!! Melanie was great and got me quotes quickly within the hour of speaking to her. She was able to get my rates closely back to where they would have been with Erie prior to adding my daughter and separating from my husband. I switched to State Farm from Erie. I highly recommend Melanie, Wyatt and the team at this State Farm office."

"I decided to get some policies through State Farm. I dealt almost exclusively with Matt. Not only is Matt courteous and respectful, he was also very responsive when I had questions. That is hard to come by these days. I really appreciate everything he did to make sure I got all the answers I needed. Beyond that, he didn't just stop contact after my policies were finished...he has taken the time to reach out to me with follow ups to make sure I'm happy with everything. I completely recommend reaching out to Matt with any insurance questions/needs!"
